The most powerful person
in your child's life is a parent who finally understands.
I coach parents of children with ADHD — because the most powerful person in a child's life is a parent who finally understands. I also coach children and teens aged 10+ directly, and adults with ADHD. All sessions via Google Meet, wherever you are

"I have a daughter with ADHD. My husband has ADHD. So when you tell me you're exhausted, I don't just sympathise — I know the exact texture of that exhaustion. The 9pm floor moments. The guilt that follows the meltdown. The love that never actually went anywhere, even when the day was terrible. I became a coach because I needed one. And because once I understood, everything shifted."

Does this sound familiar?
You love your child. You're also exhausted.
Most ADHD support focuses on the child. I work with the parent, because you are the environment your child lives inside. When you shift, everything shifts.
Every morning feels like a battle you didn't sign up for
You have read the books and tried the strategies. Nothing sticks.
You know they're not doing it on purpose. But in the moment, it's so hard to hold onto that
You're burning through patience by 8am and drowning in guilt by 9pm
You want to understand your child's brain, not just manage their behaviour
"Connection before correction. Always. The relationship is the intervention."

Parent Coaching
You love your child. And there are days when you don't recognise yourself in how you spoke to them. I work with parents of children aged 5 to 16 who are worn out, who have tried everything, and who want a real relationship with their child more than they want to fix their behaviour.
C
Child & Teen Coaching
Your child already knows something feels harder for them than it does for other kids. They don't need another adult with a plan for them. In our sessions they decide what we talk about. I listen, I ask questions, and what they share stays between us. For ages 10 and above.
A
Adult ADHD Coaching
You have been holding it together for a long time and it has cost you more than most people know. Maybe you just got a diagnosis. Maybe you have been wondering for years. Coaching is not about giving you a better system. It is about understanding why every system you have tried has eventually broken, and figuring out what actually works for your brain.
I am not a therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. I do not diagnose or treat. I always work alongside your clinical team, never instead of it.

Common questions
Everything you might want to know first.
No. Therapy explores the past to heal. Coaching works in the present and future — focusing on where you are now and where you want to be. I am not a therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. I do not diagnose or treat. I always work alongside your child's clinical team, not instead of them.
Absolutely — and this is actually the ideal setup. Therapy and coaching serve different purposes and complement each other well. Your child's therapist focuses on their emotional and psychological health. I focus on practical goals, self-understanding, and daily life skills. Many of my clients work with both.
Both — but separately, and very differently. In parent coaching, I coach you: your understanding, your confidence, your relationship with your child. In child and teen coaching (ages 10+), your child is my client. They set the agenda. Session content is confidential to them, except in safeguarding situations. You pay, but the work belongs to your child.
Honest answer: child coaching works best when the child is at least curious, even if nervous. If your child is resistant, parent coaching alone is often the most powerful place to start — because changing how you show up changes the whole dynamic at home. We can talk this through on the discovery call.
Not unless you want to pay more. I'm mid-training at iACT — the only ICF-accredited ADHD coaching programme in the world — and every session I do is supervised by a fully credentialled mentor coach. Founding clients get seriously trained, supervised coaching at a significantly lower rate than my post-graduation pricing. I graduate in September 2026 and rates go up immediately after.
All sessions are via Google Meet. I work with clients globally — USA, India, UK, Australia, and anywhere in between. Sessions are 50 minutes (or 90 minutes for the Strategy & Planning session). You just need a private space and a reliable internet connection.
It's a 90-minute deep-dive session before we begin coaching. We map your child's profile, your patterns, and co-create 3 goals in your own words. It gives us a strong foundation before the coaching begins, so sessions from day one feel purposeful rather than exploratory. It costs $50 and is the natural starting point for new clients.
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We talk through where you are, what you're hoping for, and I'll be honest about what I think will serve you best. There's no pressure to decide on the call — take the time you need.
Yes. All coaching is via Google Meet so I work with clients anywhere in India. I'm moving to India permanently in June 2026 and have IST evening slots (6–9pm) to accommodate families across Indian metros. Get in touch via the free discovery call to discuss your options.
Yes. I offer adult ADHD coaching for adults who are newly diagnosed, have suspected ADHD for years, or are already in therapy and want coaching alongside it. You don't need a formal diagnosis to begin. Adult ADHD coaching isn't about giving you a better system — it's about genuinely understanding how your brain works and figuring out what actually works for it.
Yes. Many children with ADHD also have co-existing conditions such as anxiety, autism, dyslexia, or sensory processing differences. Parent coaching works with your understanding and response — not the diagnosis itself. I always work alongside your child's clinical and specialist team, never instead of them.
